for Liaison and Exchange of French Speaking Environmental Information -
RELIEF
Agora 21 is implementing the RELIEF Project in collaboration with
partners like the Institute of Energy and Environment in the French speaking
World (IEPF) University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), Ecole Nationale des
Mines de Saint Etienne (ENSM) and the Network for Environment and
Sustainable Development in Africa (NESDA). RELIEF is a polyvalent, flexible

speaking countries. The main objective is to perpetuate the presence of the

The Secretariat of the Commission on Sustainable Development has launched
